I will start by saying If you have a large family, this place is perfect! We have 6 children and there was plenty of space to accommodate everyone!
When we arrived, we all noticed how clean the home was and how clean it smelled! Something to mention, the floors were VERY clean, my socks didn’t get dirty walking around :)
Our children immediately noticed all of the board games, wooden chess/checkers board, and spacious living room! We all fit in the living room area comfortably with the sectional couch and chairs.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of room to cook and prepare food. We didn’t have to buy anything before we could prepare our food. That was nice!
The dining room had plenty of space for us. Having a bigger family, this is usually an issue for us when we stay away from home.
The bedrooms had plenty of space and beds for all 8 of us! The bedding in each room was high quality and comfy, especially the pillows! Each room had its own t.v.
The bathrooms were all 3 very clean. Great water pressure in the showers. And I liked that the towels were very thick and large.
The downstairs bedroom had a walk in closet that had tons of pool floats, noodles, sun hat etc. for use at the water park in the neighborhood. The water park is pretty entertaining! The kiddos didn’t get bored once!
Overall I rate this stay an A++
We would definitely stay here again! It was very affordable and perfect for our family!

The condo was a good size, however the place was very dirty. the carpet was stained very bad, so bad I would not walk on it with my bare feet or socks on, only shoes. Lots of spider webs, the bedding did not look clean, kind of gross actually, the pillows were stained and lumpy. there was something spilled on the baseboards of the bedroom, my husband saw a cockroach in the downstairs bedroom, just not anywhere as nice as the pictures show.
