Nestled between the sparkling shores of Shadow Lake and Lake Granby, this timber-clad residence is merely minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and the quaint town center of Grand Lake. Enjoy the plethora of delightful outdoor activities available nearby, including fishing, hiking, skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, and sightseeing!
Boasting the advantages of both modern convenience and rustic charm, Grand Lake Mountain Retreat is equipped with contemporary amenities while maintaining a cozy atmosphere. This three-bedroom home provides 1,812 square feet of living space, offering ample room for your family to relax and unwind. The expansive living room is bathed in natural light, featuring vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a large television, and access to the covered deck complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating to savor the fresh mountain air and scenic views. Just steps away, the fully equipped kitchen is sure to impress any culinary enthusiast with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an array of kitchen gadgets. The breakfast bar provides additional seating for up to four guests. Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the inviting dining area, spacious enough for family-style meals accommodating up to six guests. A half bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen.
The primary bedroom is also situated on the main level of the home; it features a king-sized bed with a custom log frame, access to a private deck, a gas fireplace to enhance the mountain ambiance, and an en-suite spa-themed bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a jetted tub.
The upper level of the residence features an open den area complete with a ceiling fan, providing access to the private deck on the upper level. It includes a comfortable sofa for enjoying the flat-screen television and offers therapeutic pull-out mattress views of the forest. The second full bathroom is accessible from the den area as well as directly from the second bedroom. In the second bedroom, guests can enjoy a restful night on the queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a Captain’s bunk, which consists of a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top.
Additional amenities include a laundry room that is fitted with a full-sized washer and dryer, complimentary internet access, and a 24-foot covered deck that is furnished with a barbecue grill, seating arrangements, and an outdoor firepit.
Parking is provided in the two-car garage, accommodating one additional vehicle in the driveway.

Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age.
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
