Imagine a holiday by the sea, a lagoon and the forest: a dip in the pool, a nap in the shade of the cork oaks, followed by a barbecue dinner on the covered terrace. This charming house welcomes you to a peaceful setting, set in a large enclosed garden, close to cycle paths and the golf course. The village shops are within walking distance, as is its large market selling local produce. Both during the day and in the evening, you can also enjoy the free entertainment on offer in the village.
Designed for holidays with family or friends, the villa offers plenty of space to get together and everything you need to make the most of every day here: a secure 5 × 12 m swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a pétanque court, table football and a table tennis table.
On the ground floor, the spacious, light-filled living area combines a lounge with a sofa and television with a large table for shared meals. The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a filter coffee machine and a Tassimo, as well as a dining area. An outdoor storeroom with a second fridge and freezer completes the facilities, situated near the covered terrace and its barbecue.
Bedrooms: On the ground floor: two large bedrooms with 160 cm double beds, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 160cm double bed and an en-suite shower room with toilet; one bedroom with 90cm bunk beds; one bedroom with three 90cm single beds and its own en-suite shower room with toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort during your stay. END-OF-STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (optional at €200). A contribution towards service charges of €60 per week will be required between mid-October and mid-May inclusive. Cancellation insurance is offered for an additional €1, included in the booking fee.
