The hotel provided a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially Hussein (the manager), along with Abdelrahman and Ahmed from the concierge team, who were always attentive and ready to help. The room was spotless, prepared on time, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. What stood out most was the peaceful atmosphere and positive energy throughout the property, making it the perfect escape from Cairo.
