Two nights of peace and relaxation in a cozy bungalow on the Mediterranean coast! The bungalows are brand new. The jacuzzi on the veranda is an absolutely perfect touch. The room is very cozy, the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and there is even a bathtub in the room — pure luxury. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea is truly magical. The breakfast was good, although personally I would have liked more greens and a wider variety of vegetables. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from the restaurant. We ordered room service twice: the first time it arrived within the promised time, while the second time we ordered pizza and had to wait two hours — but it did eventually arrive. Because of the long wait, the hotel kindly offered the pizza complimentary. The beach is excellent. The waves and current are minimal, and there are enough sunbeds and umbrellas. We had a small issue with towels on the second day, as we were told they were unavailable, but the reception managers solved the problem within five minutes and the towels were found. The bar is very good. The only thing I would suggest adding to the bar menu is some light snacks and non-alcoholic beer. The management team is very friendly, available 24/7, and helped us with every question we had. There is also a spa on the hotel grounds. I highly recommend the massage — it was double the pleasure and relaxation with the sound of the sea in the background. Many thanks to the hotel for the high level of service and a wonderful stay!

Closeness to the beach

Staff was slow. Checkin was an hour wait just for a minor upgrade. Charged us 4000Egp extra for the upgrade
