su ubicación en el casco histórico de la ciudad, en una calle peatonal comercial hace que la mayor parte de los lugares a conocer estén muy a mano; el hecho de ser último piso bajo cubierta hace que la vista sea de los tejados ; el gran volumen del apartamento, con altura para mezzanina y techo con vigas de madera antiguas a la vista. Además, la estación de tren queda a 10 minutos andando del apartamento. Centro histórico de Rouen con mucha vida y muchas terrazas para comer/cenar estupendamente.

la escalera es estrecha, irregular y a veces compensada que hace costosa la subida y bajada de maletas y luego está el mal olor del cuarto de ducha compensado/reducido con ventilador automático al encender la luz de ese cuarto. ¨{el rollo de papel higiénico único y de cocina inexistente]

When we arrived we had a friendly lady to show us the apartment and how the keys worked. Which was helpful. The apartment was close to all amenities and attractions. The apartment was fitted with all the appliances listed and the beds were comfortable.

We were lucky to have spent a few cool days in the apartment, however, the last 2 days were extremely hot. So, of course the upstairs bedroom was extremely hot, not even the 2 fans were helping. We then opened up all windows to try to get cooler, but it was really hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The staircase leading up the the 3rd floor has uneven steps so you have to be careful climbing up and down the stairs. We had heavy luggage as Rouen was our last stop from our 2 week Euro trip, so carrying those bags up winding stair case was not easy. If you are planning to stay over pack light and watch the steps as you are going up and down.

Location was fantastic, the apartment was beautiful and decorated nicely! Very clean.

It’s on the top floor 3 flights of stairs. It’s fine for me but I had elderly relatives with me so they didn’t like that. There was no kettle to boil water for making tea. But there is a coffee machine. Also you do not want to stay in the apartment when it’s hot they supply fans but the bedroom is up in the attic and it’s like a sauna. As there is no aircon.
