Obiekt nowiutki, pięknie urządzony, w turystycznym sercu Lublina. Posiada wszelkie udogodnienia, bardzo wygodny.

Warto zwrócić uwagę na lokal, który wynajmujemy, ponieważ zdjęcia prezentują trzy różne mieszkania, co jest dość mylące. Kosztem doskonałej lokalizacji pod względem możliwości zwiedzania centrum jest uliczny gwar w nocy oraz kłopot z parkingiem. Coś za coś…:)

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja apartamentu, wszystkie udogodnienia zgodnie z opisem, elegancko urządzony, funkcjonalny i czysty, wydajna odrębnie regulowana klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Widok z okien na Krakowskie Przedmieście.

Przy pierwszym meldowaniu miałem problem z instrukcją meldunkową (otwieraniem drzwi - kody). Podany telefon nie odpowiadał. Apartament na II piętrze, trudność wchodzenia dla starszych osób.

The location is great, assuming you want to explore old town, and city street parking is free on weekends.

We had a few issues, I believe the building was recently renovated so probably just things that will get fixed such as the issue with the hot water in the shower. It didn't work the first night, but an electrician was sent the next day to upgrade the breaker/fuse. The hot towel rack also didn't work, so hopefully that's fixed for the next guests. Half the glasses and cutlery had a film on them, I think the others were never used before so we waited at the apartment before checking out to show the cleaning person. He was very courteous and attentive so I'm sure the issue can be resolved with better soap. The stairwell smelled, but I think maybe it was recently painted so hopefully that clears up over time. I must note we were given a bottle of wine as a gift because of the hot water inconvenience. I also don't think the apartment is as large as advertised.
