Apartament nie zgodny z opisem. Klimatyzacja nie sprawna. Uszkodzone okna z brakiem zamknięcia lub otworzenia z jedyną opcją uchylenia w bardzo złym stanie. Roleta od okna wyrwana i schowana do szafy od okna wychodzącego na wschód. W apartamencie gorąco ze względu na niedziałająca klimatyzację i nie sprawne okna wraz z roletą. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Robactwo w łazience. Podłoga w łazience lepiła się od brudu. Część wyposażenia zarzutami lub nie sprawna. Kanapa i materac zalane z plamami.
