The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. Downstairs noise in the evenings as to be expected for staying above a pub.
The WiFi was a bit intermittent in the room and there’s no phone signal in the pub so you rely on good WiFi. (The bad signal is not the pubs fault though). There was a lot of traffic noise in my room even with the windows shut and it’s a surprisingly busy little village so quite a bit of traffic going past all the time. Also could have done with a couple more pillows.

Nice pub. Staff seemed nice, food was good.
I had a freezing cold shower in the morning. I asked about someone helping me close my window and no-one helped, I figured it out. When I left in the morning no-one had told me where to leave my key so I hope I left it in the right place.
