Excellent location in Yongdap! Easy access to both Line 2 (green line) and Line 5. Ms. Kim, the landlord is very hospitable and responsive to all of my questions. The apartment is very clean, cute interior design, and very cozy. Apartment has washer & dryer, very convenient. Definitely, will book again if I come back to Seoul.

Just one of the bedroom did not have AC. But when you open the door, the AC in the living room space and the other room AC worked well. We stayed here from 11-14 Aug, peak summer time. It was very not.

I really enjoyed this location. It’s in a very local neighborhood, which gave us a much more authentic experience than staying in the main tourist areas. The nearest metro station is only a 2-minute walk away, and it’s just one stop from Seongsu Station, so getting around Seoul was very easy. The street itself has everything you might need while still feeling calm and relaxed. There is a convenience store nearby, an excellent café on the corner, and a lovely French bakery right across from it. In the evenings, the neighborhood comes to life with a few local pubs and restaurants, creating a nice atmosphere without becoming noisy or overcrowded. The apartment was one of its biggest strengths. It is exceptionally spacious by Seoul standards, especially compared to most hotels and apartments in the city. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two double beds, making it comfortable for four people and easily suitable for up to six guests. The host was extremely gracious and responsive, and helped us with every question we had throughout our stay. One thing to note is that they don’t usually communicate through WhatsApp, so it’s best to send any messages through the booking platform’s chat, where they respond promptly. A small tip for future guests: if you arrive and the hot water isn’t immediately available, the apartment’s boiler may simply need to be switched on. It’s quick and straightforward, and once it’s on, everything works perfectly.

Notice that there are two buildings next to each other with the same building number. Apparently, this is normal in Korea, but you need to use the one on the left.

The apartment is very clean and the interior was pretty. It comes with manual that has been translated into English which is very helpful.

The toilet shower is facing the toilet seat direction so it was a little hard to bath.

บันไดชันไปหน่อย สำหรับคนที่ทีสัมภาระเยอะ อาจจะลำบาก แต่ไม่ใช่ปัญหาใหญ่ 😆😆
