The residence is located on the Gulf of Castellammare, a few hundred meters from the sea, consists of 8 independent villas, 2 apartments and 6 double rooms (one with kitchen). Each villa has 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room and bathroom, with verandas and garden with barbecue (for 5 people); apartments (for 2 or 4 persons) are composed of 1 or 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom; double rooms are composed of a bedroom with bathroom and small terrace entrance. All rooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning. The residence has a swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare with panoramic views. Possibility of wireless internet from the lobby.

Balestrate is a welcoming country, developed around the ancient village of fishermen on the beach, offers visitors the chance to spend some quiet days at sea or in the countryside.
Its strategic position allows to reach various locations in the north of Sicily, Palermo and historical wonders in the province, like Monreale and Cefalù, or the fascinating areas of the province of Trapani, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, the Zingaro nature reserve with famous sites archaeological Selinunte, Segesta and Mozia, in addition to the Aeolian Islands and Egadi.

Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich zu loben! Wir wurden so herzliche und nett empfangen und bei Fragen wurde uns immer gerne weitergeholfen. Die Appartements sind top renoviert, das Internet funktioniert super. Einzig der Kinderspielplatz und der Swimmingpool könnte eine leichte Auffrischung vertragen. Zum Beispiel die Schaukel ist ziemlich verrostet und weist scharfe Schnittflächen auf was sehr gefährlich ist.
Der Service, dass alle zwei Tage geputzt wird fanden wir ebenfalls fantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder Danke!

Bonjour,
15 jours de vacances au top. L'accès est simple ( utiliser WAZE l'application GPS qui vous y emménera directement). Le personnel est gentil et serviable. En cas de problème ils sont très réactifs (si seulement en FRance ils pouvaient être comme cela ;-) ) . La piscine est face à la mer qui est en voiture à 5 mns. La ville la plus proche est Balestrate où vous y trouverez TOUT ce qu'il faut ( charbon de bois pour le barbecue fixe fourni à l'appartement...). On a fait une cure de poisson acheté au petit camion à 3 roues à Balestrate ainsi que la viande et les fruits frais. Deux fois moins cher qu'en France ....alors on en profite sachant que les produits sont locaux ;-)
Le wifi est dispo à la piscine et aussi à l'accueil et on arrive à l'avoir à la maison en se mettant sur la terrasse.
La piscine est une piscine salée..excellente. Les parasols et lessièges sont disponibles en nombre. On peut se restaurer sur place ( un restaurant ) et commander son café et une collation.
Voilà une très bonne adresse en Sicile que je vous recommande...sincèrement

15 days holiday on top. Access is easy (use Waze GPS application that will take you there directly). The staff is friendly and helpful. If problems are very reactive (if only they could be FRance as ;-)). The pool is facing the sea which is 5 mins by car. The nearest town is Balestrate you will find EVERYTHING you need (charcoal for barbecue sets provided to the apartment ...). It was a fish spa bought the small 3-wheel truck in Balestrate and meat and fresh fruit. Two times cheaper than in France .... so we took the opportunity knowing that the products are local ;-)
Wifi is available at the pool and also at the reception and we get to have it at home by putting on the terrace.
The pool is a pool salée..excellente. Umbrellas and lessièges are available in number. You can eat on site (a restaurant) and order coffee and a snack.
That's a very good place in Sicily that I recommend sincerely ...

The resort is nice, with good poolside bar, games, well-maintained grounds, very nice staff. Our 3/5 rating is because it was not as advertised in terms of unit nor location. "A few hundred meters from the sea" is just not true; the sea is a steep drive down to the town of Balestrate taking 5-7 minutes and not possible to walk. We fully expected a seaside resort and that is not what this is. Also, pictures show a living room area with couch, which was not what we were given. When we raised, they did move us to another unit that had a two-person sofa, but again, not as was advertised and we were lucky that another unit was available. Still not what was in the picture, though. We are a family of four who booked for 7 nights and wanted time together, which meant piling onto a bed. In the end, we moved outdoor furniture inside to accommodate our family. Laundry is listed on the site too but it's an additional cost laundry service instead, which was helpful, but not as listed. I just wish they'd be more honest on the listing as the resort itself has a lot to offer, but we feel like it was not advertised honestly. The staff was very nice and helpful and this advertising problem was not their doing.
