Apartman je bio odličan — lijep, prostran, čist i moderno uređen. Lokacija je također bila odlična, u mirnom i tihom dijelu, a opet dovoljno blizu centra grada. U blizini apartmana se nalaze restoran i shopping centar, što je bilo jako praktično.
