Beautiful holiday villa ideal for a large family wishing to discover Mostar and the region of Herzegovina.
Our beautiful villa is ideally located, on the heights of the city to enjoy the peace and the panoramic mountain view, while remaining close to the city center which is a 10-minute drive away. You will find many shops, restaurants and souvenir shops.
There is a free parking space in front of the house that can accommodate 2 cars.

Elegant new build house (2023), for up to 7 people in total, ideal for a large family, couples with or without children. It includes a beautiful outdoor area with a large 9.5x5 meter swimming pool, a terrace and a large balcony, making the most of the hot sunny days in the area.

Accommodation of 87 square meters in total, fully air-conditioned, comprising a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a large balcony and a large covered terrace. Of new construction and tastefully decorated with quality materials, most of the furniture has been made to measure.
The living room includes a large sofa bed, offering a bed of 130cm x 200cm, a dining area with a large table of 6 seats (+1 high chair available on request), a flat screen TV.
The American kitchen is fully equipped (electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Bosnian coffee preparation kit...).
The master bedroom has a large king size bed, with bedding from the 5-star range (Mojsan).
A 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed (140 x 200cm bed at the bottom and 90x200cm at the top) and a 90x200cm single bed. A baby cot is available on request.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, a walk-in shower, toilet and a washing machine with double function dryer.
The living room opens onto a large covered balcony of 20m2, where garden furniture will welcome you and allow you to enjoy the mountain view. Note that stretchable privacy screens allow you to enjoy maximum privacy.
The exterior is composed of a very large covered terrace with swimming pool, separated with a secure gate, as well as an outdoor bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. You will find a large heated swimming pool of 9.5x5m, not overlooked thanks to its covering structure. You can enjoy the calm thanks to the 6 sun loungers around the pool. Pool games also available. A large table will allow you to make the most of this space also offering a beautiful view of the mountain.

Important note: Only the lower floor of the house is rented. The upper floor is closed, the owners are likely to be present during the summer season. The entrances are completely independent and there is no vis-à-vis on the outdoor areas.
