Almost new, very clean and very compleet. It even has beach chairs and sun umbrella to take to the beach. Playa los Locos is just around the corner. We had an apartment on the ground floor with centralised airconditioning and roller shutters. 24/7 supermarket at 100 meter walk but for bigger shipping there is a Consum Supermarket at 400 meter walk. The boulevard that starts at Playa del Cura is at 10 min walk away.
The swimming pool is on the roof top through another entrance and about 3x5 meters big. The balcony had no sun or views so we hardly sat outside.
