Quiet location in what looks like a nicer area and a short walk straight to the promenade. Very good supermarket just around the corner. Plenty of space including lots of outdoor space which catches the sun all day. Outdoor bbq. Roof terrace and balcony. Washing and cleaning facilities. Excellent air conditioning. Very good communication with the host who allowed an early check in. 2 showers was good for a larger group.
It lacked some facilities. No kettle. Not enough towels for number of guests initially but this was remedied by host. Some of the floors needed a clean once we settled in. Sofa bed needs a clean and this was only soft seating for the house which accommodates 5 persons. The downstairs could be reconfigured much better. Twin room beds were very cheap and uncomfortable. Roof terrace had no furniture unless you carried items from the ground floor. Upstairs shower had broken and down stairs outdoor shower floods. Balcony door lock in upstairs room broke. Whilst in a nice some of the Surroundings a bit run down the next door property looked empty
