Hosts where terrific, especially when there were issues with the wifi, they got that sorted straight away. The apartment was great, good to have air conditioning in the summer in London. The location for public transport, cafes, restaurants and shopping was great, just a short walk to all. The apartment could use a few more cooking utensils and items such as pots for cooking, knives, forks, spoons and crockery such as plates. As there was only a couple of bowls, plates and no knives at all.

The fact that there wasn't sufficient crockery, cutlery and cooking pots or fry pans.

I liked the location, the place looked nice, the view was breathtaking and most importantly we felt safe at the location.

Insufficient towels for the amount of guest that was booked, no utensils to eat with, Insufficient dinner plates and glass wear, no bath wash in any of the bathrooms only hand soap and only one bath had shampoo, TV was there but could not access any local channels, under the cushions on the sofa it was dirty and needed to vacuum out.
