This villa combines two apartments in one building, so you get double the space. With two kitchens and saunas, this property is ideal as a vacation destination for two families. The two-story wooden villa is located just 100 meters from the shoreline. The villa has a unique collection of works of art by Finnish artists. Located 26 km east of Mikkeli, 100 m from Lake Saimaa, with a hard, gently sloping sandy beach and a shared rowing boat. Wooden villa built in 2008, living room/kitchen, bedroom with two beds, toilet, washroom and electric sauna, covered terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with two beds and their own toilet, shower and balcony. A connecting door leads to the smaller part of the villa, which has a living room/kitchen, toilet, washroom and electric sauna, covered terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with two beds, a toilet, shower and balcony. The villa has underfloor heating and cooling during the summer.
