Well, I tried to be as honest as possible.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It is modern, clean, nicely furnished, has good lighting, and the private underground parking is a definite advantage. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by one major issue: the lack of air conditioning. During our stay, the apartment became unbearably hot, making it very difficult to sleep. A small fan was provided, but it was nowhere near enough to cool the apartment. On the third day of our five-day stay, the host brought a second fan, explaining that the stores had been closed, but by then we had already spent several nights in extremely uncomfortable conditions. Because there was no air conditioning, the only way to cool the apartment was to keep the windows open. However, the windows were not fitted with mosquito nets, which meant insects could easily enter. When we first entered the apartment, we already found flying flies inside. At night, opening the windows to get some fresh air also meant letting more insects in, leaving us to choose between unbearable heat or dealing with bugs. The most difficult part of the stay was sleeping. For four nights, we were sweating throughout the night, and our child woke up soaked in sweat. This is not what I consider acceptable living conditions for a summer holiday apartment. I was also disappointed by the mandatory security deposit, which was not clearly highlighted before booking. Within about an hour of making the reservation, I requested a free cancellation after noticing the deposit requirement, but it was refused. I requested cancellation again after arriving and discovering there was no air conditioning, and that request was also rejected. This gave me the impression that keeping the booking and the payment was more important than customer satisfaction or finding a fair solution. Overall, the apartment has many good qualities, but comfortable living conditions are more important than a nice interior.
