Bardzo klimatyczne mieszkanie z wyjątkowym wystrojem, miałam wrażenie, jakbym wróciła na wakacje u rodziny sprzed 30 lat. :) Miejsce ma swój niepowtarzalny, trochę PRL-owski charakter i pod tym względem bardzo nam się podobało. Kontakt z właścicielem był uprzejmy i pomocny. Dobre połączenie tramwajowe na Stare Miasto. W pobliżu Żabka, piekarnia, bar mleczny, kiosk.
Niestety kilka elementów wyposażenia wymaga już uwagi, m.in. pralka, która była istotna ze względu na wyjazd z dziećmi. Jedna z wersalek była wygodna, natomiast druga mocno się zapadała i skrzypiała. Trzeba też samodzielnie ubrać sobie pościele, trochę zajęło nam znalezienie potrzebnych poszewek i prześcieradeł.

Autentyczne wnętrze sprzed lat. Zachowane szczegóły dekoracyjne jakbyśmy się przenieśli do lat 70’. Bardzo przytulnie, dużo miejsca, trzy opcje łóżek, widać, że gospodarz dba o miejsce na codzień, bo są kwiatki w doniczkach. Okolica cicha i spokojna, blisko Łąk Nowohuckich.

Que no había lavabo en el baño y eso no se especifica en el anuncio. Y tampoco se especifica que es un barrio un tanto conflictivo.
