The property was excellent, looked like new. The location was brilliant for us as very near to the centre of beautiful Ravensburg and within walking distance, (as long as you don't mind stairs and hills.) Plenty of local bars and restaurants available.
The communication with the hosts was appauling, we needed to contact them as the car we hired would not fit in the allocated car space due to height restrictions, we ended up paying for overnight parking in multistory park. The wi-fi signal was very weak which made it unuseable, and due to this we had no TV. We tried all the given contacts of telephone, email addresses and booking.com numerous times but we had no reply to anything to this date. Either we were ignored or all contact information was wrong.

Es war schön gerichtet
Die Küche hatte keine Mikrowelle, keine Spülmaschine, kein Backofen. Die Wohnung hatte auch keine Schalousinen, sobald es hell wird kann man nicht mehr schlafen (meine Kinder haben schlecht geschlafen). Spannbetttuch für das Babybett haben sie nicht gebracht. Die Wohnung ist auf Dachgeschoss ohne Aufzug, die Parkplätze sind sehr schlecht, mein Auto wurde fast geschadet
