Ottima posizione centrale, ben equipaggiato per un breve soggiorno.
L'ultima rampa della scala di accesso è più stretta e ripida del normale. Questo richiede grande attenzione soprattutto con i bagagli e potrebbe presentare difficoltà a persone con impedimenti. Dovrebbe essere segnalato in descrizione. La seconda camera da letto non ha riscaldamento.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung der Küche
Das Treppenhaus war sehr schmutzig und ha stark nach Rauch gestunken. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht einwandfrei. Der Aufstieg ist für einen alten Menschen nicht machbar, letzte Treppe is eher eine Art Leiter.
