The location is very good!

Several things: 1) The room is on the second floor. There is no elevator; you have to use a spiral wooden staircase, which is not very safe for older people and impossible for people with disabilities. 2) It is not a "one bed appartment" it is a bedromm, having a small frigge, and a bathroo. 3) The ceiling is low, and the door separating the bedroom from the hallway where the bathroom is located is 180 cm high. It's not a comfortable place for tall people. 4) the door separating the bedroom from the hallway with the bathroom is max 180 cm high. When you return from the bathroom to the bedtoom, you open the door and there is a 10-cm difference in floor level between the two rooms, posing a serious risk of tripping and falling. 5) The floor is swollen, and it makes a lot of noise when you walk on it—you can even hear the neighbors' footsteps. All of the issues mentioned might be acceptable if the price were half as much, rather than more expensive than a 4-star hotel.
