La calidad del apartamento. Está a estrenar. La ubicación inmejorable.
Las escaleras del edificio para subir a los apartamentos ubicados en la parte trasera del edificio. Para subir y bajar maletas es incómodo.

El apartamento es nuevo y tiene una decoración muy bonita y cuidada. Están muy completo y es muy amplio. La situación en pleno centro lo hace perfecto para visitar la ciudad de Comillas, teniendo los principales monumentos muy cerca, pero a la vez está en una calle muy tranquila.
Al estar en pleno centro no es fácil aparcar cerca sobre todo en verano, cuando hay más afluencia de turistas. Aunque caminando un poco hay varios aparcamientos, algunos gratis y otros de pago.

La ubicación es excelente
Tiene luces verdes encendidas constantemente que no se pueden apagar por la noche y son algo incómodas
