Well furnished, clean, and had all the amenities. Extremely well situated (close to several transportation hubs, and all types of stores and services). Two laundries very close buy. Two different konbini within one minute. And if you want to cook and get fresh produce there's a small supermarket a little farther away. Several nice (and cheap) restaurants in the same street, one next door, the other one just across the street. The shower seemed small at first, but it's pretty spacious once you're inside (and I'm not small). All the equipments (fridge, oven, kettle, AC, ...) worked perfectly and were very clean. For the smaller stuff : lots of towels and change of bedding provided, full assortment of silverware and tableware, boxes of handkerchiefs, toilet paper, hygiene products for the shower. It was good to just be able to enter the apartment and start using it, and not need to go out and have to buy any of the necessities (which is often the case in such smaller apartments).

Soundproofing of the apartment is very minimal, but the area around it is very quiet at night. It was only a minor issue on my first days, when I was jet lagged and sleeping during the day. Note that even though the apartment is in a building that's on a bigger very busy street, the apartment itself faces a smaller street and doesn't get any of the noise from here. No real table or desk (a very small one in the corner of the kitchen) so not ideal if you want to have a meal with even two people, or need to spend a few hours on your laptop for any reason.
