We were in a great location for our needs. Lots of space for everyone (we had 8 adults) - the 4 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms were more than sufficient. Appreciated the spacious kitchen (plenty of plates, cups, utensils, appliances). And the laundry room was very convenient for washing clothes.
Apparently because this was a private housing and wasn't booked through the property, we did not have access to the pool. (Actually could have paid $100 per day, but that's a little excessive for just a dip in the pool.)
