We had a fantastic stay at this spacious townhouse in Orlando! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a huge bonus. The property was clean and well-equipped overall, though new shower heads would definitely enhance the experience.
We didn't spend much time at the property, as we were out exploring the parks and local restaurants most days. However, the location was super convenient for accessing the amusement parks (just be aware of traffic during peak times), as well as restaurants and shopping. There’s a CVS just 2 minutes away and a Walmart about 5 minutes away for any essentials you might need.
One thing to note is that the property isn't walkable due to the lack of sidewalks on the main road, so you’ll need a car. We were grateful this townhouse was situated far from the gated entry, which beeps quite loudly whenever someone enters or exits—so check the location carefully if you’re looking at other homes in this community.
Parking right outside the door was a major plus for us. The host was excellent at communicating, especially as we arrived shortly after a hurricane. They reassured us and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.
We had a great time and would happily stay here again!

Super convenient to Disney in the off season. Not sure otherwise because there was quite a bit of traffic even then.
Unit was great layout and super clean. Pillows were very flat, and there was only one trash bag and one laundrg and one dishwasher tab. I messaged owners and they promptly had more laundry and trash bags the next day. I just went and bought new dishwasher tabs as I'm sure it was just an oversight. Very pleased with the whole stay.
