Lovely character villa with enough space for our family. The off street park was very useful. The location is amazing with fantastic shops, restaurants, character wine bars within a walk. Easy drive to cbd, zoo, Eden park. Excellent communication with the property manager.
As it is a character property that has been renovated it has some quirks to be aware of. There are different levels, and the fourth bedroom and second bathroom is completely separate to the main dwelling.
