The location was good. The surroundings were peaceful. The cleanliness was good. When asking for a help we got it via text message.

There was no carpet on the floor in the bathroom, not even any any slipper in the bathtub. At this age I was about slipping on the floor. Safety should be improved for all ages of people! The level of equipment was inadequate: there was no extra (serving and food) dishes and we had to do the dishes the whole time. The dish washer was too big for three glasses and plates etc. The first evening in the apartment the toaster caused a power cut and all the electricity power shut off immediately inside. We were worried us because we had just stocked up the fridge with groceries. Keeping our phones charged was also crucial, since it is necessity when living in a new country. We had to call several numbers to ask for help. Luckily, we got help the very same night. Written instructions would have been desirable, such as where to take the trash (rubbish) or whether the cleaner would take care of it etc. The stairs were steep and difficult for an elderly person.

Great location and excellent value

Tab in lounge didn’t work well

The apartment is comfortable for one person or a couple at most. It is fully equipped with everything you may need, including cooking utensils, laundry facilities, and dishwashing essentials. The location is absolutely excellent.

One downside is that the apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Also, the shower could use some improvement, as the water pressure is somewhat weak.
