The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was located in an old building but had been renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. High ceilings added to the spacious feel. The kitchen had everything we needed; the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and the shower good. The apartment faced onto Oxford Street and we could watch all the action from the loungeroom windows.
When we moved in we found the toilet seat was loose and we had trouble with the TV. We contacted reception and they had a man out to fix both issues within the hour. Very impressive!

The location on Bond Street was perfect! We were one block from the tube station and many, many eating establishments were within a block or two. The variety of restaurants and shops was great!
There was a lot of late night noise from Bond Street. We were aware of this from previous reviews so were prepared. We arrived to central London at our prescribed time but had not received the door pass key, so I had to contact the property manager before we could get in. They did respond promptly, but it was a bit stressful not getting the lock code prior to or arrival as was indicated.
