SeaView Downtown Apartments

The Interior: The apartment itself is very modern, cozy, and exceptionally clean. The AC is strong and the Wi-Fi is very reliable (the power went out once, but was fully restored in less than an hour). ​The Kitchen: Well-equipped with very nice plates, though a few still had the original new stickers on them. (Note: Bring a sharp knife if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, as slicing things like tomatoes was a bit tough). ​Location & Walkability: The neighborhood itself has great walkability and is close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. ​Management: The manager was incredibly responsive, usually replying within just a few minutes.

The View & Noise: The "sea view" isn't the postcard version—you are looking between buildings and through a web of utility cables and telephone lines. It’s acceptable for the price point, though. Neighbors were mostly quiet, save for the occasional slammed door or loud bang. ​The Stairs: While it's close to the beach, getting back requires tackling a pretty deep, steep set of stairs. If you have bad knees or mobility issues, this will wear on you quickly. ​The Entrance: The entry is a bit dark and dingy, requiring you to walk through an overgrown side alley filled with dead leaves and cigarette butts. The interior stairwell has some rough sheetrock patches over holes in the wall. I felt perfectly safe, but the curb appeal is definitely lacking. ​Minor Pest Issue: There were some tiny ants on the floor near the couch. They stayed localized to the floor, and given how responsive the owner is, I’m confident they will get this treated quickly. ​The Verdict: It's an okay value if you are trying to save some money and just want a modern, cool space to crash. However, after making the trek up and down those stairs, next time I visit Sarandë I’d pay a bit more to stay closer to the beach level to save my knees.

My stay at Seaview Downtown -- Saranda was amazing! Was the apartment a total trick, just like it looked in the photos — spotless, modern and with a fantastic sea view? The place was immaculate — the perfect location for what we wanted — near to the prom, restaurants and the beach but tucked away enough at night to be peaceful 😴It was equipped with everything required for a comfortable vacation and to be honest, even the view over the balcony at sunset was more of a crowning event. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone visiting Saranda.☀️☀️

Clean apartment, close to the city center, and it has a good view from the sea too.
