The location is amazing, everything is walking distance. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Definitely recommend if you are staying in sarande

One of the best views in Sarande and its 1-2 minutes from the beach. What else would you want? It's also very clean, modern, has AC and a kitchen. Don't search for another place, this is everything you need.
The parking situation nearby is insane. We were lucky to find a spot at first, but we had to use the car and when we came back, we searched 1-2 hours for parking and ended up leaving it in a random residential street. One guy in a private parking asked for 50€ per day. Insane!!!

The view at the balcony was nice. It was great to spent the nights there.
Margarita is a very kind and helpful woman. I really liked her.
Beds were good. There was AC, washing machine and things to make our life easier.
It's at the heart of the city, close to everything, beach, restaurants, markts, etc. We did everything walking.
Internet signal was intermittent and not too strong.
Small detail....on the bathroom, the shower support was broken, so we had to hold it all the time while taking shower.
Sometimes the street is noisy, but that's normal since it's a center location.
