Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stock mit einem großen Balkon direkt zum Meer. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Der öffentliche, kostenlose Strand ist nur ca. 50m entfernt. Man kann am Strand auch für 500Lek pro Tag einen Sonnenschirm reservieren. Internet vorhanden.
Das Badezimmer war klein und alt. Das Wasser in der Toilette ist entweder gar nicht gelaufen oder ständig. Habe das für den Urlaub selber repariert und auch der Vermieterin mitgeteilt. Der Ablauf im Badezimmer hat ständig gestunken. Es gibt keinen privaten Parkplatz. Die Vermieterin hat mit ihrem eigenen Auto eine Platz blockiert und diesen bei unsere Ankunft für uns frei gemacht. Das ist gut. Aber danach dürfen Sie das eigene Auto nicht mehr bewegen. Es gibt im Sommer in Saranda keine Parkplätze. Das hat unsere Pläne etwas durcheinander gebracht. Man sollte auch gut mit Lärm umgehen können. Direkt im Nachbargebäude im 7. Stock befindet sich eine Bar. Man kann sich Abends vom Balkon gegenseitig beobachten.
