L’emplacement est génial ainsi que la vue ! On a été très bien accueilli, et on nous a même réservé une place de parking !!

La salle de bain mérite un rafraîchissement

Excellent location and view. The hosts are very helpful, friendly but professional as well. Living area is quite big with a comfortable sofa. Kitchen is very useful and full of tools you might need. Bedroom is very nice with a perfect sea view. Bed is very comfortable. Lots of gardrobes for storage. Balcony is very big and has a wide panaromic view of Sarandë. You can enjoy your food and drinks there, especially on sunsets. Internet connection is very good. I had no problems with electricity, water etc. It is a modern, quite appartement with elevator.

Bathroom might need a renovation. Not a big problem, but shower area is a bit small and wc and sink is a bit old and have water leakage. As it is very close to centrum, there comes some music and traffic sound at night. Not much, but if you are obsessed with this, be informed there is no absolute silence.

The location was fantastic, right on the promenade with gorgeous ocean views, lots of grocery, restaurant, and bar options close by. The public beach directly out front was very nice. The property was clean and comfortable for the most part. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of linens. Washing machine worked well, two drying racks, which was nice. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony. Couch was large and comfortable. The host was lovely and quick to respond.

There were a few little issues, but the host didn't want to bother us during our stay, so they will probably be addressed soon. The television had some funny spots on the screen, though didn't prevent us from watching. The shower is small and water leaks out, which is fine, but the floor drain seemed to back up a bit after showering causing an odor. The toilet needs some repair as it was running constantly. Because of the great location on the promenade, there can be some noise from nearby bars at night. FYI, only Turkish coffee as an option in the apartment and the kitchen could use a few more amenities like a spatula, cooking spoon, and kitchen towel. Overall, though, a very pleasant stay and we would definitely return!
