the host is responsive
We didn't get the key from the mailbox at first, so we were confused. The gate is automatically closed every evening, and we didn't know how to get in at first because the key doesn't unlock the front gate. Turns out it's for the balcony door. It'd be better if the owner could mention this from the beginning. The neighbor dried their clothes in the hallway, which shocked us, and the bikes were left scattered, blocking the entrance.
