We had a nice stay, two adults and two teenagers, for one week.
Elisa who gave us the key was very friendly and provided us help whenever necessary (many thanks to her!).
The flat was very clean, close enough to public transport and the beach. It was a good basis to visit other towns (Menton, Cannes, Monaco,..
).
The AC was very useful because the flat is on the last floor and it was quite warm during our stay.
This is a residential area with very strict rules at the pool. Forget about playing with a ball with your kids, jumping etc. Also opening hours are not nice especially during very hot summer.
The building is a bit old but the beautiful gardens around compensate it.
