The apartment is tiny but comes with all necessary facilities, in the first place there is the very quiet air conditioning unit, a queen-size bed and a wide-screen television set connected to satellite TV. The highlight of the apartment is the washing machine so I could bring less clothes. The balcony faces to north which gives you a marvellous look onto the town from a high viewing point.
Without laundry the drying rack can substitute for cloth hangers (only three available). You need to bring your own towels and toilet paper, and there is no hair-dryer. The lift/elevator within the building went functional on the day I vacated the apartment.
