الاستف متعاون جدا
من بدايه الحجز لحد check out والرسيشبن بصراحه متعاونين جدا جدا وحجزت عن طريقهم رحله بحريه كانت جميله ، وبعد الرجوع من الرحله كنت عامل check out بس الرسيبشن شافلنا غرفه فاضيه ودخلنا اخدنا شاور .
المكان كويس والروف sea view تحفه من فوق .
بشكر كل الناس ال ف المكان بجد.

Nous avons eu un très bel appartement avec 2 chambres au dernier étage avec vue panoramique.
Un peu à l’écart de Sheraton road ce qui permet d’avoir moins de bruit tout en étant accessible à pied

Reception staff.
The pool isn't clean. Also, the depth and size of the pool aren't good. Frankly, it's a dirty pool, and the size is suitable only for children. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to swim there.
