Modern Apartment w - Terrace Near Beach

Very easy check in, nice bright apartment in good location. We enjoyed terrace a lot. Good deal for the price. Host was very helpful.

Would be nice to update kitchen- add wine glasses, proper knife. Should update bathrooms, there were some small parts broken (handles, water stopper in the shower)

The apartment is just as beautiful as in the photos, if not even better. With around 100 m², two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of space. Everything was very clean, modern and the air conditioning worked perfectly in the heat. The absolute highlight is the large terrace with sun loungers, umbrella, dining area and BBQ. Sitting outside in the evening was simply wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped, so cooking your own meals is no problem at all. The location in Gżira is ideal: restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away, and Balluta Bay and Sliema are close by too. Free parking right on the street is a big plus. Martin is a very friendly and reliable host. Check-in was completely hassle-free and he always replied quickly to any questions.

Apartament jest przestronny, spore sypialnie i prywatny taras. Dużym plusem są 2 łazienki. Bardzo fajnie, że mogłyśmy zostawić bagaże przed zameldowaniem

Zameldowanie jest dość późno bo o godzinie 17, a i tak musiałyśmy czekać dłużej, bo nie wyrobiono się ze sprzątaniem. To jest w porządku, jeśli apartament faktycznie byłby w pełni czysty. Niestety było kilka mankamentów, jak brudne lustra, naczynia niedomyte, ślady brudu w łazienkach, dużo śmieci na tarasie i pozostawione rzeczy do sprzątania. Dziwne jest także to, że naczynia były w kompletach po 3, a byłyśmy cztery w apartamencie. Na szczęście problem został szybko rozwiązany.

Good location, easy to access.

If you arrive by car, finding a parking spot is impossible. I booked for 5 (including 3 children) but there were only 4 beds made. I could have slept on the sofa but there were no extra bedding or linen anywhere. One air con was not working. Some previous guest spilled coffee or whatever on the light coloured carpet in the living room but nobody had cleaned it. The sheet of napkin was still under the carpet that absorbed the liquid. A rotten piece of banana was just falling apart in the kitchen cabinet with a swarm of tiny flies around it. Towel rack and glass holder in the bathroom were falling down without even touching them. The water in the shower still did not flow down as previous reviews mentioned.
