Sehr schöne, renovierte grosse Wohnung. Ausstattung top
Leider war die Wohnung zu warm und recht hellhörig. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern waren sowohl der Straßenlärm als auch die Nachbarn deutlich zu hören, insbesondere das laute Zuschlagen der Türen. Bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen war wegen der busy Straße unmöglich. Die Verdunkelung der Fenster ist zudem nur eingeschränkt wirksam, sodass es morgens sehr früh hell wird. Zusätzlich befindet sich im Haus noch eine Baustelle, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat.

It would have been a nice stay if there had not been reconstruction work going on downstairs every day.
The workers were arriving at 8 a.m. and often staying until after 7 p.m. I would strongly recommend completing the downstairs reconstruction before offering the upstairs apartments to guests. Under these conditions, it is difficult for guests to enjoy their stay unless they do not mind hearing drills and hammers during breakfast, not to mention the clouds of dust coming up the stairs.
