Extrem gute zentrale Lage. Nachts trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Sehr bequemes Bett. Wunderbares Badezimmer. Sehr geräumig.
Allerdings roch es im abgewohnten, renovierungsbedürftigen Treppenhaus extrem stark nach Zigarettenrauch und den eingebauten Müllentsorgungsschächten.
Zudem ist die Wohnung im zweiten Stock nur über Treppen zugänglich.
Der Blick in den Garten ist zwar gegeben, aber leider auch auf die Hausreihe und Balkone mit wilden Wohnsituationen der anderen Mieter. Unschön.
Die Schlüsselsuche erwies sich als schwierig, der Kontakt darauf war unfreundlich, belehrend-herablassend.

Man kommt in die Wohnung und fühlt sich wohl 🤩 alles sauber und modern renoviert. Kontakt war sehr freundlich und es ging alles reibungslos mit dem Schlüssel.
