Postele pohodlné, velký prostor, bylo čisto, i když nevíme zdali vůbec byli prané ručníky na jednom bylo kus etikety z obchodu. Pěkný kuchyňský kout, televize, internet. Parkování bez problému.
Poměrně hlučná ulice, velký provoz, vyšší cena za ubytování, hlučná vodovodní baterie v kuchyni, záchod hodně nízko, ale čistý.

Perfektní, nový, moderní, skvěle vybavený přízemní apartmán, kterému nelze prakticky nic vytknout. Vcelku průměrné okolí apartmánu a trochu větší vzdálenost do centra kompenzují obchody (zejména Kaufland) nacházející se v jeho těsné blízkosti (cca 100 až 150 m) a rovněž možnost zcela bezproblémového a bezplatného parkování přímo u domu.
Zápory se mi žádné nevybavují, ale při hlubším zamyšlení bych mohl uvést snad jen poněkud menší obrazovku u chytré televize (vzhledem k větší vzdálenosti TV od pohovky) a na můj vkus trochu měkčí postelové matrace, ale to jsou spíše záležitosti osobních preferencí či zvyklostí. Kdo domá nemá TV s obrovskou obrazovkou či tvrdší matrace, vůbec si těchto detailů ani nevšimne. ;-)
