Located just 500 meters from the lower station of the Špičák cable car, winter visitors can enjoy skiing, ski schools, and nearby rental facilities. In summer, the area is perfect for cycling, walking trails, and forest exploration. The train station and bus stop are 400 meters away, providing easy access to surrounding towns. Restaurants are just 80 meters from the house, while general supplies are available in Železná Ruda, 1.8 km away.
