Family-friendly, free-standing chalet with a large garden, situated in a quiet and sunny location with a beautiful panoramic view. The house is just 5 mins away from the village center of Feldis. Terrace, lawn for sunbathing, patio, meadow area around, ideal for children and for relaxing. Private parking (access road just possible if there is no snow).Ski slopes and ski school can be reached on foot in about 5-10 minutes. On the Alp Raguta there is a natural ice rink (only open with good weather), which can be reached by chair lift.Chalet with 3.5 roomed apartment on 1st floor, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living room, 1 room with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds, bath / shower / WC, kitchen, floor heating (central heating), TV and cosy wood stove in the living room.Conditions and extrasNon-smoking apartment.
