The apartment is located on the sunny slope at the entrance of Flims. Very good traffic connection without danger of traffic jams. The ski bus is above the house in three minutes walking distance and takes you with only one stop directly to the cable cars in Flims. The post bus stops in both directions are reachable in 10 minutes. Equipment of the apartment: kitchen capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), microwave, tea maker, kettle, oil-free fryer, toaster, blender, various baking utensils.
