This careful equiped apartment is on a sunny and quiet place in a little old "Walser"-village called "Obermutten". A cozy patio in the garden invite you to relax or the children for playing.Obermutten is on the top of the hill near Mutten. The panoramic view is unique!- Free time: ski lift (particularly suitable for kids), snow shoe tours, hiking, biking- Culture: old wooden church, museum of the village, treasure hunt (for children), "Kulturtenn" (special rooms) for events.- Nature: extensive mountain meadow, special flowers up in the mountains.- Culinary: Restarant "Gasthaus Post". In the building beside the apartment ("Kulturtenn") there is a little self-service Shop with goods from Mutten/Obermutten.Comfortable furnished 4-room house on 2 floors. Bright and cosy eat-in kitchen on the ground floor with a dining nook and sofa. 1 room with a bunk bed on the ground floor, bath room with shower/WC, storge with washing machine and freezer. Kitchen completely appointed (dishwasher, espresso machine, etc.). Floor heating on the ground floor. In the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. 2 electric kiln in the bedrooms.Conditions and extrasA reserved parking directly beside the house. Mountain road (from the end of the village Mutten: dirt road), in winter four-wheel drive recommended.
