Oberurmein 10 km from Thusis: Child friendly, cosy holiday village "Superior Aclas Maiensäss Resort", 1'580 m a.s.l., built in 2015, surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 100 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, south-east facing position. In the complex: reception, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Oberurmein, Aclas (nur Winter)" 50 m, railway station "Thusis" 10 km, bathing lake 500 m. Ski lift, slopes, ski rental, ski school 100 m, ice rink, children's playground 500 m. small grocery store in 100 m (open during peak seasons winter and summer).

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot (extra).
