About this apartment rental

Spacious loft with fireplace and large living room with kitchen.
Two beautiful bedrooms with balcony access.
Two balconies enlarge the already good base and make a lot of the charm of the apartment. The balcony scores with a dreamlike panoramic view over the valley and Flims, which is incidentally also looks from the living room. The rear terrace is a beautiful view on the Flimserstein free and enhances summer with pleasant shade for cozy and cool Gathering (deckchairs available, of course).
The modern kitchen is practical and well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and generous fridge. Also the integrated WLAN must.
The house has to wash the possibility dresses.
A shareable ski storage and a garage complete the offer.
Animals are welcome.

Our stay at Sasha’s property was delightful. The flat is really nice and has the all the comfort and équipement you need! It’s very quiet. The view from the living room large balcony is fabulous to wake up to. The indoor parking garage is definitely a plus to keep your car dry in the winter. And Sasha was super fast to response to any of our queries. Flims is also a top skiing station for all types skiers/snowboarders and all levels! We had an amaizinv two weeks there!

Wir haben die Woche zum Skilaufen in Flims und der Wohnung sehr genossen. Da es relativ viel Schnee gab, konnten wir mit den Skiern sehr nah an die Wohnung ranfahren. Morgens sind wir allerdings zur Gondel gelaufen, da wir in Coronazeiten keinen Skibus nutzen wollten, aber auch das ist gar kein Problem. Die Küche ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet. Die Terrassen waren nach dem Skilaufen ein genialer Ort zum Ausklingen des Abends. Sehr schneller und sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter! Alles war rundum prima, vielen Dank

The appartment is spacious and well-equipped. We loved the comfortable chairs in the living. The beds were really good. Village centre within walking distance and with sufficient snow cover access to skipiste as well. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Wir haben eine sehr schoene Woche in Flims und der Wohnung verbracht. Das Objekt ist zwar etwas aelter, aber hat Charme und ist vollstaendig mit allen Dingen (insbesondere Kuechenutensilien) eingerichtet, die man erwarten kann. Sehr angenehm auch, dass gewisse Grundnahrungsmittel wie Pfeffer und Salz, etc. vorhanden sind. Die Betten sind bequem und der Wohn-Kuechenbereich gemuetlich mit tollem Blick auf die Bergszenerie auf der anderen Seite des Rheins. Im Keller ist eine Waschkueche, was bei laengerem Aufenthalt ebenfalls praktisch ist.

Wir haben ein paar Tage in dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung verbringen können. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab sogar für unsere Kinder reichlich Spielsachen. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und bei schönem Wetter lädt die grosse Terrasse richtig zum Verweilen ein. Die Wohnung ist auch für jegliche Ausflüge gut gelegen. Wir können die Wohnung bestens weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt einen tollen großen Wohnraum mit Kamin und offener Küche und zwei separate Schlafzimmer, die auch ausreichend Platz und Schrankraum bieten und ebenfalls sehr nett eingerichtet sind. Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb, aber doch zentral und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal. Sie ist hell und ruhig und insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Für uns vier (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) war die Wohnung perfekt. Die Talstation der Gondel und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir konnten das Auto die ganze Woche stehen lassen und hatten nicht zuletzt dank der schönen Wohnung eine wunderbare Woche. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und war für Fragen per Mail und per Telefon sehr gut zu erreichen.
