Schönes, gemütliches Mehrfamilienhaus Chasa Cumulus der Familie Erni im Ortsteil Ftan-Grond. Wir bieten Ihnen eine schöne, gepflegte und sonnige 3 1/2 Zimmer-Dachwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Panoramadachfenster mit Morgensonne und einer Terrasse (Süd-West) mit herrlicher Nachmittagssonne. Geniessen Sie die wunderschöne Aussicht der Unterengadiner Bergwelt, den Sonnenschein oder die schöne Schneelandschaft. Das Kinderparadies Sainas (bis ca. Mitte März offen) mit der Schneesportschule und die "Loipe Hochalpines Institut Ftan"(Langlaufloipe) , befinden sich direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. In ca.10-12 Gehminuten erreichen Sie die 4er Sesselbahn Ftan-Prui, den neuen Badesee "Lai da Padnal", Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Tourismusbüro mit der integrierten Post und das Postauto. Die Anlage zur Wohnung bietet genügend Parkmöglichkeiten in einem Autounterstand.
