Amazing view from the terrace and oh so quiet. Ftan and the neighboring villages are very cute.
The promised barbecue was not available. The terrace could have more comfortable seating. It only has a stone bench without cushions.

A great place to stay with the family. The apartment is well located, have a lot of privacy and fully furnished. We particularly enjoyed the spacious terrace with a beautiful view. As a bonus, there are many books and legos for children to play.
Ftan village is well located to reach cable car or thermal bath in Scuol.
As mentioned by other visitors, would be great to have at least one double bed (currently there are only four single beds).
