Im Wohn-, Esszimmer befindet sich ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und eine kleine Polstergruppe (Bettsofa). Ein Flachbildschirm-TV mit Kabelanschluss, DVD-Player, Radio, mit CD-Wechsler und vielen DVD und CD sind vorhanden. Der Sitzplatz ist ab Mittag bis spät in den Abend besonnt (Südhang). Gratis Internet (Wifi und Kabel). Fonduegeschirr, Raclette-Ofen und Toaster gehören zum Inventar. Der Skibus hält im Winter direkt vor der Ueberbauung. Der reservierte Tiefgaragenplatz Nummer 9 ermöglicht ein trockenes Abstellen ihres Auto. Lift von der Tiefgarage bis zur Wohnungsebene.
