The place is great, the view from the balcony is amazing. Very convenient to get to Flims and Laax from here. Convenient parking and also well stocked kitchen. Coffee is OK (not great but decent), wish there were small milk / creamer capsules also provided for the coffee. But that's not a big deal :)
The only nit-pick I have is the quality of the wifi, it is not great so we had to keep using our own phone data / hotspot. That is one thing that needs to be improved.

Great location, easy access, clean, super nice owner. Love the warm welcome with the lovely sign and a bottle of wine :)
